- I'm not a Realtor and I would deal direct with you to save the commission.
- I can pay close to full price if you would consider a sale with a Lease to Purchase or Seller Finance program.
- I will buy the place from you if you can stay on the loan a while longer, for at least two years, and leave your equity in place until I refinance or sell later.
- Also, I would not "tie-up" your property like a realtor would with an exclusive sales listing.
- You can continue to sell the home by yourself or with a realtor.
Summary:
- I'll pay you close to full value for your home, townhouse or condo.
- I'll take over all payment responsibilities without even going on title
- I'll pay all maintenance costs
- I'll pay all property tax expense
- I can take over payments on you loan even if the loan is not assumable.
- If it would make you more comfortable, I would recommend an attorney review of the paperwork and transaction.
- I am simply offering another way to sell your property without the expense of realtor commission.
- The price would be somewhere between full value and your net, after commissions from a Realtor.
