Goe completed Topside Sounder work on contract. Goe returned to Boulder at various times, for example, 1973-1974, to work with Topside Sweep Frequency Sounder Ionogram analysis. Minkowski SpaceTime mathematics was never recognized. The conversion of mathematics to numerical methods (which is certainly plasma physics) was also never recognized. |
