Robert W Knecht
Topside Sounder Project Leader
Goe was the full time Investigator
for the mathematics of Nature
1961-1964
Knecht rescued the Minkowski SpaceTime mathematics of Nature.
Knecht provided the contract for Goe
to do finite determinate mathematics

Knecht, RW and GB Goe. (1965). Comparison of Topside True Height Methods.NBS Technical Note (National Bureau of Standards).
Final agreement: Topside Sounder Working Group Meeting, April 1963.
Final manuscript prepared by GB Goe at Max-Planck- Institut fur Ionospharen Physik, Lindau, West Germany.
NBS Contract No. CST-7619. The never-ending controversy centered on the overlap problem.
Separately determined topside-bottomside profiles would overlap making it impossible to determine the height of the peak (maximum) electron density for the ionospheric F-layer.
G. Goe was the only mathematician at the four participating Laboratories:
CRPL Central Radio Propagation Laboratory, National Bureau of Standards, Boulder, Colorado, USA
DRTE
Defence Research Telecommunications Establishment, Department of National Defence, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
GSFC
Goddard Space Flight Center, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Greenbelt, Maryland, USA
RRS
Radio Research Station, Slough, England.

Who knows what prompted this outburst.
Probably the usual.
Knecht was doing his best to be important
and someone thought
he needed to be
deflated.
I was always

GeorgAnna always had time to enjoy cowboy style out-of-doors living in Colorado.
She is wearing pants for cowboys on a family ranch near Walden, North Park, Colorado.
In the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, GeorgAnna always had time
to ski in winter.
Goe left NBS Boulder in June 1964 to go to the Max-Planck- Institut fur Ionospharen Physik, Lindau, West Germany.
Goe completed Topside Sounder work on contract. Goe returned to Boulder at various times, for example, 1973-1974, to work with Topside Sweep Frequency Sounder Ionogram analysis. Minkowski SpaceTime mathematics was never recognized. The conversion of mathematics to numerical methods (which is certainly plasma physics) was also never recognized.

The purpose of this web site is to provide photographs for the Life and Learning of GeorgAnna Mae Buckel. The uniqueness of her Life and Learning supports the uniqueness of her research for plasma physics, the structure of liquid water, and amino acide crystal grown at body temperature. Her five Scholarly Papers for Finding the Right Path in the Wonderful World of Pythagoras are for the Minkowski SpaceTime mathematics of Nature where the living Time of Nature replaces the linear time of Newtonian mechanics. The Pythagorean belief in Life for the Monotheism of Life is the foundation for the Math and Physics of Nature where the uniqueness for the Spiritual and the biological quality of Life are One.
