| One of the journalers I read wrote something to a friend that I found quite profound. You know how someone writes or says something that you emediately recognize as the truth but you just had never heard it vocolized well this is one of those occasions. What he said was: |

| "Basically, you're still fucking things up.[...] Notice that I did not say you're a fuck-up. that would be identifying you with the actions... that would be wrong. actions happen... they start and they end....*you* continue on ... they're no more a permanent part of your being than the shirt you're wearing. I certainly do the same thing, just not as notiecably I'm sure. for that matter fucking up doesn't change who the essential you is.... the essential you, who you really are, is something that transcends all the momentary actions, it's something that I value a lot.
