Praise and Worship Team
Gentle Shepherd's Praise and Worship Team believes that as God's people, we should come willingly and joyfully into God's presence and worship Him with thanksgiving and praise.  God's word states that we should "shout praises to God, raise the roof for the Rock who saved us!"  We are to "march into his presence singing praises, lifting the rafters with our hymns!  And why?  Because God is the best..." (The Message, Psalm 95:1-3) 

The Praise Team has moved into the new millennium by adding contemporary Christian choruses which bring a new vibrant atmosphere of worship.  The testimonies of traditional hymns are also a part of the worship service. 
        
Lee Hanson, the Praise and Worship Team Director, has been directing congregational  music since he was 14 years old.  Four other team members work to add harmony to the worship services.  The instrumental accompaniment includes bass guitar, piano, and electric piano. 

We invite you to join us as we "Sing him songs, belt out hymns, and translate his wonders into music!"  (The Message, Psalm 105:2)
