Know All Men by these Presents:
That I, William Reed Parkin, hereby ,ake, publish, and declare this my last will and Testament, as follows:
1. I direct that the expenses of my sickness and funeral and my debts be paid.
2. I direct that all my property, real estate, stocks, bonds, personal items go to my wife, Maree Riley Parkin.
3. Should she not survive me - I wish all I own to be divided equally among our three children, William Earl Parkin, Bonnie Maree Parkin Johnson, and Larry Eugene Parkin.
4. Should any of these three not be surviving, his or her share will be divided equally among his or her surviving children and kept in a trust (fund) until their twenty-first (21st) birthday. In case of emergency and with the agreement of the executor - monies for their support and education could be drawn from their portion of my estate.
5. As executor, I appoint (without bond) my son William Earl Parkin. In case he is unable to act as executor - I appoint Bonnie Maree Parkin Johnson and Larry Eugene Parkin (without bond), in the order mentioned.
6. Given under my hand and seal this 18th day of January 1975.
