Okay it may not be your favorite thing to do but it sure does make you feel good and if your a true ana you know the pain and burn is well worth it! So suck it up and just do it ( just like Nike says)
Section #1
Swimming
So you wanna be skinny using the swimming aproach, good it's the right choice! By the way the first two weeks of swimming are hell no matter how good of shape you are in.  You are working muscles that never get worked by other exercieses.  Don't worry it gets so much easier.

Step #1- Find a local pool if you don't have one or a family fittness center with a pool.

Week #1
- Start out your first week of swimming with 20 laps a day.  Be sure to take breaks and not over do it.  Focus only on freestyle and no other strokes.

Week #2- Start out the second week by swimming 40 laps a day. Be sure to keep taking breaks but swim in groups of 8 laps. Which is a 200.  Take a breakl after every 200.  Focus only on freestyle for the time being since you need to build up your strength before you move on.

Week #3
- Finally you have some endurance and muscle.  Comes quick with swimming.  Start you 3rd week with 60 laps a day.  Swim in groups of 8 laps.  And do 1 group of 20 laps. which is a 500.  May seem hard at first to swim that long at first but you'll get use to it.  Focus only on freestyle.

Week #4 and up
- swim the same things as week #3 but switch up the style you swim between back stroke (you'll get killer abs) and breast stroke. NEVER do the butterfly because your shoulders get way to big and it's not beautiful! 

REMEBER-
with swimming you work tons of different muscles and don't need to do any other exercieses.  Your working your abs, legs, arms, thighs, butt, everything. Plus it's not as harmful on your muscles.  First couple weeks your gunna be sore but it quickly goes away.
