of frontal lobes and absence of olfactory bulbs,low-set ears,
typical facies, with microcephaly.cleft lip and hypertelorism.
Bilateral cleft of lip and palate,pointed forehead,punched-out
lesions in parietooccipital scal,increased biparietal diameter.
Trigonocephaly resulting from premature closure of metopic
suture,hand clenched, with overlapping of digits. Flexion
contractures may be present,postaxial polydactyly,bicornuate
uterus,with hypoplastic ovaries. Colobomas of retina and uvea,
cystic kidneys,persistence of Hgb F,unique nuclear projections
inpolymorphonuclear leukocytes.
