Stat Rolling Method: 4d6, reroll 1’s and drop lowest
Modification method: players can take 1 point from a stat to put onto another until the stat being raised is 15. To raise a 15 to a 16 takes 2 points. 16 to 17 takes 3. 17 to 18 takes 4. For exceptional strength, each point allocated adds 10% to the exceptional strength. Exceptional strength is only attainable by warriors, at any rate. Psychic Warriors and Monks are exceptions to this, as they too are warriors in a sense, and may attain exceptional strength if their race allows for it (I.E: if they’re not most kinds of Halflings)
All players may apply a permanent +1 to any stat of their choice for every 4 levels they have attained. Multi-class characters base this off of the total of their levels.
No stat can be raised higher than 25 in this method, in any case.
