Testimonial 1: "As a parent of two active children, what I like about Perry County Generations is the open line of communication between parents and staff. As a working mother I like to be in the know as to what is going on with both of my children when I am not with them. Papers are sent home daily on the day-to-day activities and as needed to advise of staffing changes, schedule changes and any pertinent information that may somehow interrupt the schedule. Having a very busy 1 1/2 year old who takes a lot of tumbles, I like that it is documented in writing and provided verbally by the staff when and under what circumstances she received an injury. Having a 3 1/2 year old who we are preparing for Kindergarten I like that I don't have to spend my entire evening drilling him on his ABC's and his numbers because the preschool is working with him to get him up to speed on everything he will need to enter Kindergarten. This allows me to spend more time on fun activities and life skills with the children. I also like that the staff keeps me apprised of how each of my children are progressing and never hesitate to tell me when the kids do something spectacular or something they should not have so that we can discuss with the children and praise them or reinforce rules. This open line of communication allows us to work together to raise happy, healthy children. I highly recommend Perry County Generations to anyone who is looking for a daycare/preschool for their children." |
