In the unlikely event that a product proves faulty within one year from the date of purchase due to a manufacturing defect you should contact your supplying retailer who will be able to have the problem resolved under the terms of the Sony European Guarantee. Alternatively it can be repaired by an Authorised Service Centre, free of charge for labour or parts. What do I need? The original receipt is required as proof of purchase.
