5TH JULY: NICEST WOMAN IN THE WORLD

I rent through a place called Darryn Mawby & Associates (a give away of where I live) and I think they are the greatest. This is my fourth house and they are the fourth real estate that I have gone through. Though I liked the first one, I think that was due more to my huge crush on my my property manager because once he left they sucked arse. DM&A are just great. For starters they give you a little welcoming hamper of some of the basics, which I think is great. But the woman that is there each Saturday, Julie, is just so darn nice!
As you should know by now, I do not have a stroller- well, did not. She offered it to me but I was supposed to get it from a friend who I think needed the money. But that fell through so I asked Julie this morning is the offer was still on and she said yes! A stroller (which I must say is in BRILLIANT condition) for $20 and a couple of bags of clothes (with the cutest little white summer dress). I was going to pick it up from the agents next weekend but this afternoon she called and said that she wasn't going to be working so she dropped it around.
How darn nice is that! I have to admit that I hadn't cleaned since I got home so in the 15 minutes she said that she would be was spent running around cleaning, shoving things under things and so forth. I guess that is how you get me to clean something! LMAO.
Anyway, I will pay her next weekend and get her a bunch of flowers because it is just such a nice thing to do! Anyway, don't worry about the mouse trail, it will only be today as I was testing the script. I Had no clean clothes this morning that I felt comfortable in so I put on the 16's thinking that I had to leave them undon when voila! they did up. Amazing.And today is binge day and I feel bad about it now. Oh well, back to the grind tomorrow and seeing that I can now WALK EVERYWHERE I am extremely happy. I swear I must be the only person that looks forward to walking 10 hully kilometers! Maybe noty, but I do it in a city. :o) Cheers.
