AUGUST 1, 2003: FEELING SUPER DOOPER CHIPPER MATE!
There must be something happening to me because for the first time, ever, I completed an entire aerobics video, including the toning exercises at the end! It is a friggin miracle and I am feeling great! Woo-hoo! Usually I get a whopping 15 minutes into the tape, which really is only warm up and low impact aerobics. I am sure that no one cares, but I think it is great! Really. It shows that there has been an improvement in my health, even if my weight is moving slowly. Yee-haa! Now, I smell terribly so it is time for a shower.
After I berate the Australian news for going on and on about how Saddam�s daughters have surrendered in Jordan, when they didn�t get along with Saddam all that well, and completely disregarding the news that US soldiers went gung-ho into a raid killing 11 innocent civilians, including children. How come that is not new? Are they still trying to convince us that the invasion was in fact a worthy cause and offering money to kill people is really a good idea. Yeah. If I didn�t smell so rank I could go on. Cheers.
