| Garden Time When I opened my eyes this morning Just before I left my bed, I heard the voice of my Savior And this is what He said. I'll wait for you there on the pathway Where you come to meet me each day. The one that leads to the garden, There where you kneel to pray Close the gate as we enter the garden, Leave all the distractions outside. I'll talk with you there in the garden, As you in my presence abide. The time that you spend in the garden With me, means so very much. For it's time spent with me in the garden That your heart's open for me to touch. When you open your heart in the garden I can see just what's locked up inside, And when the light of truth shines upon it It no longer can stay there and hide. What is it my child that you're carrying? For I see that you're quite laden down. You're not built for the burden you're baring, So just trust me...let go...lay it down. Then I'll give you peace for that worry When you cry child Ill wipe those tears, So when life's tribulations overwhelm you, Look up child...I'm here...Have no fear! by: Carolyn Ruth c 1999 |

| In the morning, O Lord, You hear my voice; In the morning, I will lay my requests before you and wait in expectation. Psalm 5:3 NIV |
