-The Secret Life of Bees and The Mermaid Chair by Sue Monk Kidd-The Mermaid Chair is an excellent book, as is The Secret Life of Bees. Both very true to life.
-The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks-this book was awesome! I own the movie but haven't watched it yet. It made me cry..
-The Red Tent by (Anita something)-This is one amazing book! At first I thought it was "christian", but it turned out to be a bit pagany and very womanly. Its a look into the life of one of Jacob's daughters (from the bible), very intimate and revealing. I recommend this to everyone!
-Rock-Yellowcard-This group has not only amazing vocals, but a violin! Way to stick a classical instrument in there with some kick ass music and vocals!-"Only One" and "Believe" are great! Everclear-Need I even say anything about this band? They are excellent....and their lyrics are very meaningful-"Pale Green Stars" is my favorite.
-Big Band- Sinatra, Dean Martin, Harry Connick Jr.-I am addicted to this stuff! Favorite song: "It Had to Be You". Makes you want to ballroom dance....LOL
-Misc.-Fleetwood Mac-Stevie Nicks has this voice...haunting...And Lindsay Buckingham has a equally unique voice. "Bleed to Love Her" is awesome! And for Stevie I love them all! Cyndi Lauper-my idol! I have loved her since I was in 2nd grade, and its never stopped. She's so unique with that NY accent that comes thru in her voice...and her songs are excellent (why do you think so many people have redone them??) Stupid Celine Dion sang one.....(ewww Celine!! Go back to the Titanic!) Her lyrics are powerful (I am not talking about Girls Just Wanna Have Fun...although they do) and vocals are mesmerizing...favorite song? All of them! But "Sally's Pigeons" (I think she wrote this song for me LOL) and "Love to Hate" (very powerful words.....everyone should hear it). Charlie Wayne-native american music-I love this stuff, this is what is on my mp3 player when I draw. It helps me feel alive and connected. Josh Groban- his voice is AMAZING! I love all of his music, I have no 1 favorite. Charlotte Church-Well I know its alot of opera, but I have found I like opera! "All The Pretty Little Horses" is my favorite. -Pagan-Moonstruck, Laura Powers (all of her songs are excellent!), and alot more I will add later...
-Drumming Music-I love this music...it makes me feel alive! Like the beat of the earth.....I have bongos, djembe, and a gourd drum (thatI made), so I like to play along or just listen and fade away....
-Classical-I love all sorts of classical music. I play violin so I am biased LOL
-Irish-I LOVE Irish music! I love to listen to it and play it on my violin too.
-Myst and its sequels-I am not a "shooter" game kind of person, I like games where I have to figure things out and think. These are excellent and by far my favorite!
-Boggle and other word games...-I am an english freak with a large vocabulary, so these games I love cause I kick ass at them! I always stump the stupid computer and make it take an hour for a turn (on Lexicon), which really makes it no fun...LOL I need to find good competition in real life..LOL **UPDATE** I found a match, though he's better then me, so now I suck. LOL

-Anything non-horror by Stephen King-Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, and others..
-My new favorite movie is "Click". Its the first movie where I've seen Adam Sandler do something dramatic and pull it off. It was funny at times, but it was more touching then anything.
