We are both graduates of Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. Both of us share a passion for teaching. I (Matthew) am an elementary teacher and Tina is a middle school English Teacher. (So if you found a typo...she hasn't proof read the site yet.) We started geocaching June of 2007.
My hobbies include photography and astronomy (and of course geocaching). In addition to being a teacher I am a freelance photographer. Look under "Links & Blogs" for a Link to MPR Photography. I'm a self taught guitarist and sometimes lead worship at the home church we attend. Other times I'm the preacher/evangelist. I was born in West Texas and really enjoy living in Texas!
Tina's hobbies include, reading, learning guitar, cooking and sewing. Tina helps with our photography business as a photographer and photographer's assistant. Tina lived in the Texas hill country town of Kerrville before she attended Angelo State University.
We met at a Christian concert at a local college hang out (the 306). Together we love traveling especially road trips! (dang price of gas is cutting into that). More recently we have become increasingly interested in environmental protection. I hope that geocaching will raise awareness of environmental issues and help get more people involved in fixing them.
We are relocating to San Antonio in August of 2007. We are hoping that our hobby of geocaching will help us learn more about San Antonio. Until we move we are searching our current city. -Matthew |
