| Grepor 'Butch'Belgica Mini Biography At 16, Butch Belgica was convicted in a celebrated homicide case. After conviction he spent the next eleven and a half years in the National Penetentiary. He became one of the youngest gang leaders of the Philippine underworld; was radicalized and indoctrinated into a communist movement front organization.
