Rava Idli
Ingredients

Rava 2 cups
Jeera 1 Tablespoon
Pepper- whole- 1 Tablespoon
Ginger-chopped- 1 tablespoon
cashew- 1 tablespoon
green chilli -chopped finely --2
curry leaves
Ghee 2 tablespoon
Buttermilk- 2 cups
water-1 cup
baking soda-1/2 teaspoon

Procedure

In a kadai add ghee and fry the cashew.keep it aside.In the remaining ghee add jeera,pepper, ginger,greenchillies,curry leaves..then add the rava and saute until good smell comes(approximately 10 min in a low flame)

then remove from the fire.Transfer that to a bowl.Add the buttermilk , salt and baking soda.Keep it aside for 45 min.Then add the water so that it comes to the idli batter consistency.

then steam in idli plates.Place cashew on top .
