Okay, a brief bit about this site... what, you didn't think this page would be about me did ya? Hah!
At one point, all my characters came from an online game called Neverwinter Nights, part of the ever-growing Dungeons and Dragons roleplay series. Neverwinter Nights is based in a world known to gamers as the Forgotten Realms, in a continent called Faern. In this world you have your typical fantasy races, elves, dwarves, halflings and gnomes, as well as a few drow (black-skinned "dark elves"), pixies (fey), dragons, more than a handful of monsters, and of course; humans. Faern also has more than its fair share of magic, all of which is governed by a thing called the Weave which mages tap into courtesy of Mystra, the Goddess of Magic (or Shar, the evil goddess of the Shadow-Weave... getting complicated now.)
My characters (that is, Di'thang, Kaehlin, Raphael, Feanor and a few of the others) all live in Faern, since there were/are all characters I made and roleplayed as on Neverwinter Nights. That means that these characters, however, are still my creations.
The only two exceptions to the Faern rule are "The Sable" and "The Hive-Mind Jared Anders" ... these characters live in our world, the real world... however, a slightly different version of it. They live in the so-called comic-book world of another game I once played, an online game called City of Heroes. The city they live in is the city the game is based around, Paragon City, a city plagued by more evils than its walls can hold and, fortunately, even more spandex-clad superhero-types than that. ((Yes, the game is a fantasy to anyone who spent their childhoods (and beyond) reading Spider-man, Batman, Superman and any other affiliated comic books.))
These two characters and the very few stories I have written about are based on that world, so in them you will find no elves, dungeons, or dragons. Just spandex, super-powers and evil galore... oh, and romance OF COURSE. :D
One more thing about this site; no-one looks at it. Ever. And those who might, never venture past the homepage. I know this. I make this site for me, because I know that I am the only one who even cares about what I write. I'm not bothered by that, though. I like seeing my work on a site. ^_^
