was born in Camden , New Jersey
on Feburary 16th , 1949 .
Our family moved to Florida when I was 10 years old , and I've lived in the Sunshine State ever since .
Back in the 60s , Florida was still beautiful
and bountiful with natural wonders .

hen I was 18 years old , still wet behind the ears ,
I innocently joined the Army , and unluckily
was sent to serve in the Vietman War .

After 9 months of hell , and almost losing my life ,
I returned to my beloved Florida .

fter I returned to Florida ,
my Father slowly became ill with cancer.
He passed away when I was twenty years old .
I am a middle child , my Brother older ,
and my Sister younger than I .
My Brother passed away two years ago ,
Just a year after my Mother deceased .

hrough my 'G.I. Bill' ,
I took the opportunity to enroll in a
vocational schoool to persue one of my interests ,
Taxidermy , near Milwalkee , Wisconsin .
I made a decent living doing such ,
until some scoundrel stole all my equipment .

ome of the highlights of my life
include my two incredible trips to Europe .
I love the People , the Land , and the Culture there .
And of course......the Food !
I'm looking forward to returning someday .

live on 2 beautifully
landscaped acres on a hill
( a mountain , by Florida standards ) ,
overlooking lakes and defunct orange groves
about 30 miles west of Orlando
I enjoy working in the yard , drawing and painting .
Nature is also an important part of my life .
I love snorkling and tracking wild animals .
With my Taxidermy background , for a long time
I was a pawn of the Hunting Sportsman hype ,
but after one night of being lost for ten hours
in the deepest of Florida swamps
dragging a bloody gasping deer
over my shoulders , it somehow cured all that .
It taught me to live and let live .

or the past ten years ,
I've been employed at a local private Campground .
Being somewhat of a loner , I tend to stay home a lot .
And in general I'm just a crazy old coot.....
