| Hi! My name is Beth Bush. I have been a Cubbie Director for 7 years and previously a leader for one year. I am thankful God has given me this wonderful responsibility to teach young preschoolers about His love. |

| My Personal Life. I grew up in San Diego. I have been married since 1986 to a wonderful Christian man. We have four children who are in the Awana Club and have been since Cubbies. I am a stay-at-home mom. My education background is a Masters in Social Work. I worked several years with the frail elderly. |

| My Testimony. I accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was four years old. My best friend and I were playing at her home when she simply told me about Jesus. That He loved me, He died and rose again, and if I tell Him I'm sorry for the wrong things I've done and follow Him then I can live in heaven with Him someday. I recall my words so vividly, "That's sounds great. I want to do it." Her mom lead me in a simple prayer and I have followed Him since then. He is my salvation! |

| My Ministry. I began working in Cubbies in 1993 to help out in my daughter's class as a leader. I had a newborn and wanted to do something special with her. The following year we decided as a family to be part of a new church start. Our church began an Awana Club and I was asked to direct Cubbies. I said there was no way I was qualified to direct. Then God spoke to me through the Experiencing God study and basically said that excuse doesn't work. I prayed and knew God said "No you can't be director but through me you can be the director." And now I am His instrument in His ministry. I obeyed and seven years later I don't regret my decision I enjoy my Cubbies and find I learn from them as much as they learn from us. |
