Gargoyles Fans Postcard Exchange -- Membership Rules

1. Read the following statements. If you agree to them, click the link below and follow the instructions to sign the 'Membership Agreement.'

2. Membership Agreement. This is a theoretical kind of thing. I don't want anyone to get into trouble exchanging postcards, but by including the following text in your post to the Signature Board, it will record your name, the date and time you signed. ONLY SIGN IF YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS. If you don't agree, then I won't add you to the Member list, and if you're not on the Members list, people aren't likely to ask you to exchange postcards.

3. Just because your eMail is listed on the Signature Board, that does NOT mean you are a member. You are a member when and only when your eMail has been added to the Members list.

4. DO NOT post your mailing address on the Signature Board!! ONLY give your mailing address to people who have eMailed you privately and requested to exchange postcards, and ONLY if you trust that person!

5. Please, only join if you are 16 or older. Even if you're 15 and your birthday is two days away, you'll have to wait two more days. If I find that a lot of younger peoples are abusing the postcard exchange, I reserve the right to up the age limit to 18, when you are a legal adult and legally accounable for all of your own actions. The offending youngsters' memberships will be terminated if it comes to that, but others who have already been added to the Member list will be allowed to remain, unless they cause problems.

Membership Agreement: I hereby agree that I WILL NOT redistribute the home mailing address of any person who has seen fit to provide me with their home mailing address without their EXPRESSED PERMISSION. I aknowledge that doing so will result in the immediate termination of my member status, and may or may not incur whatever action the offended person sees fit. I also release the maintainer of this website from any and all events resulting from my actions or conduct. It is my responsibility to only give my home mailing address to people I trust, and I assume full responsibility for whom I give my address to.

I have read and agree with the statements on the Member Rules page of the Gargoyles Fan Postcard Exchange Website, and admit that I am at least 16 years of age.

Enter your name and eMail address in the appropriate boxes, and check the box that says "I have read, understand, and accept the above" and hit submit. You MUST follow these directions, or else your entry will be rejected. Incorrect entries will be deleted, which will be noted in the News section, where you will be asked to resubmit your entry.
