Sara is the "silent-type" of cat; though not always. She learned how to talk from Cleo when we were living in Georgia and had a two-story place. She didn't want to climb the stairs unless we were on the second floor so she would yell from downstairs to check. Sara also learned how to play with toys from Cleo. Her favorite past time is sleeping and cuddling. She loves being held in your arms and would rub her nose on your leg repeatedly when she wants attention.. She'll jump on your lap and sit there for hours if you let her.
Both of the cats were adopted from the pound. My parents bought Sara for me when I was around 10 years old. I knew I wanted her when I first saw her in that lonely cage at the shelter. I learned that she was going to be euthanized the following day. So, being the animal lover that I was I couldn't let that happen and begged my dad to let me have her. I adopted Cleo as a surprise birthday present for my husband (then boyfriend).
