The Angst of My Misery
The life of angst has left my body cold and withered throughout my existence. Through these writings, I have inscribbed my darkest fears and passions, my frustrations in love and my hidden punishments. Here I set foot on the sands that have made blisters on my knees. Here I could not tell time from space. Here I have enlisted my fate in these works. To cherish such thoughts to comfort my emptiness. Facts of life that are bittersweet. Facts of life that my mind seems to halt when digesting them. Pondering on the passions that I have captured in these writings, I laugh at them with my mind sensing some truths of the moments. These poems explain how my miseries have formed me into a new creature who leads his own battles. Here I have bestowed upon you, my poems. The freeze frame of my personal miseries and tragedies. Savor it while I sip from my cup of capuccino.
