The Gano Excel ( USA) Compensation Plan features the most exciting and advanced Bonuses and Incentives available in network marketing today, Although, the Compensation Plan is usually the most difficult part to understand for distributors, it is crucial that you take the time to understand the bonuses and the qualification required for you to advanced in the Compensation Plan and reach the high paid positions that are available. We have made it as simple as possible for you to grasp the features of this Compensation Plan and get you excited about the possibilities.

There are three main parts to the Gano Excel (USA) Compensation Plan:

A. Retail Profit and Rebates (money you make by retailing the product directly to consumers)

B. Front-end Fast Start Bonus (Paid Weekly) (money you make on volume of product packages when you sponsor people, according to your qualified position in the Compensation Plan)

C. Back-end Bonuses and Incentives (money you make on the monthly qualification volume and/or any
additional product purchases of your downline, according to your qualified position in the Compensation
Plan.

1. Retail Profits and Rebates :

You purchase product directly from the company or from your sponsor. Once the product is in your hands you have two income possibility:

1a. Retail profit. Buy wholesale and sell retail at 20% to 25% profit depending on the product.

Example: The main product Gano 3-in 1 wholesale at $7.50 per box and retails at $10.00. Your profit is $2.50 per box (25%). Your goal is to give out as many sample as possible and sell as many boxes as possible. 100 boxes have a profit of $250. This can grow into thousand of dollars in repeat retail business per month!

2a. Personal Volume Rebates. In addition to retail profits the company gives you rebates on your Personal Volume Points (PV). This rebates are paid accordingly to the Point Value of the product and scales up in percentage according to your qualified position in the Compensation Plan:

Example: You are Ruby Director and you purchase an ESP Package (product assortment and literature) at $304. The PV (Points Value) on this package is 115. You earn 26% of $115, which is $29.90.

3a. Distributor Differential Rebates. You also earn a "differential" rebate on Distributors throughout your downline according the 5 level unilevel scale:
1. 5%
2. 4%
3. 3%
4. 2%
5. 1%

Example: If you are a Ruby Director qualified for a 26% rebate and a distributor on "level two" makes a purchase you receive the differential of 26% - 4% = 21%. This happens on every purchase anywhere in your 5 level organization.

1. DISTRIBUTOR - ESP (Executive Success pack): $304 including shipping and handling

2. Purchase the Ruby Director Package (4 ESP packages ) - $1,216 including shipping and handling. Advance automatically to DIRECTOR without having to reach the 1500 PV normally required and without having to sell 3 ESP packages in 3 separate legs as normally required. You will get 462.00 PV on which you will earn a 20% rebate)

3. Purchase the Diamond Director Package (7 ESP packages ) - $2,128 including shipping and handling. Advance automatically to RUBY DIRECTOR without having to reach the 4500 PV normally required and without having tobuild 3 Directors in 3 separate legs as normally required. You will get 808.50 PV on which you will earn 26% rebate)

2. Weekly Fast Start Bonuses:

Qualifications

To earn the Fast Start Bonuses you must reach one of the position above, plus maintain a Personal Volume of 100 PV (about $160 per month)


3. Monthly Commissions - Performance Bonus

As a Director and above you earn a "differential" monthly commissions on "generations" of Directors and above on ALL the purchases, including the 100 PV monthly volume requirement Distributors must perform throughout your downline to earn commissions. This is paid according to your qualification and position in the compensation plan. To maximize on this commissions you must personally maintain 100 PV.

Example: If you are a Ruby Director, you are qualified at 26% on the rebate scale. Because the bonus is paid on a differential of Directors and above, always subtract the 20% of the Director rebate qualification and add, for example, 5% if the purchase falls on the first generation to arrive at the 11% bonus percentage owed to you.
