PERIOD 1	FRENCH: Reviewed nouns. Took up pages in duotang. Did 2 pages (page 26) - for homework if not completed.	MUSIC: Worked on booklets and took up first 2 pages.	FRENCH: Got 2 sheets. Completed them in class and handed the first one in. Second sheet is about designing a fish. (Term end project.)	FRENCH: Read interview questions and answered questions on interview. Took up questions. Study Vocab.	FRENCH: Did activities in books, Got back postcard assignments. No homework.
PERIOD 2	GYM: Ran 3 laps for warm up. Did beep test.	FRENCH: Had a 5 word vocabulary test. Marked it. Got title page marked and marked pages 8 and 9 in cahier.	MUSIC: Did oral quiz competitions. No homework - But continue working on research project for Art!	MUSIC: Played warm up music. Played band music. NO HWK	GYM: Warm up laps. High Jump. No homework
PERIOD 3	MATH: Got back our geometry and measurement tests. Put the marks in our agenda, need to be signed. Marked a probability quiz.	MATH: Finished 1st round of casino. Discussed why it was hard to win. Started 2nd round of casino. HW: Make sure all questions are complete for the games you have played.	SCIENCE: Handed in lab 2 write up on factors affecting the rate of dissolving. Experiment on the effect of particle size on dissolving with emphasis on surface area. No write up due, but must accurately record quantitative data and answer questions 1-5 on page 17 of lab manual (Click here for questions)	ART: Worked on Art Project .	MATH: Handed in casino assignments. Did review sheet on probability, to be completed for homework. Test on Probability on Wednesday.
PERIOD 4	MATH: Learned how the Probability Casino will run. Started the games.	GYM: 3 laps warm up run. Stretch Indoor Soccer Games.	SCIENCE: Questions and calculations due for next class.	ART: Worked on Art Project . DUE Tuesday May 20th.	GEOGRAPHY: Took up test. Got notebooks back marked. No homework.
PERIOD 5	LANGUAGE: Took up spelling activities from week 1. Got week 2 assignments.  Spelling activities - all 4 - due next Tuesday. SCIENCE: Took notes on dissolving and the particle theory. Had 10 minutes to work on write up of Science Lab. Lab Due Tomorrow.	MATH: Continued to complete the games for Probability Casino Part 2. Discussed why it was easier to win the games this time compared to last time. HW: Make sure all questions are answered for all games completed.	MATH: Completed Casino #3 and discussed the results.	LIBRARY: Worked on art projects. Due on Tuesday.
PERIOD 6	TECH: Worked on personal web pages. Setting up website for Novel Study.	GEOGRAPHY: Wrote open book quiz on Ch. 2 Canada -- Country of Resources. NO HW!	HISTORY: Handed in questions, and wrote test. No homework	MATH: Wrote a quiz on probability. HW: Make sure that all questions on all casinos are complete. Complete a write up discussing the probability of winning , amount to be won, etc. for all 3 casinos. (Should be approx. 10 sentences.)_Due tomorrow.	DRAMA: Did poems and played games. No homework.
