PERIOD 3	MATH: Started new Algebra unit. Reviewed what was learned last time. Solving by adding, subtracting, multiplying or dividing. HW: Handout #1-28.	SCIENCE: Learned about Mind Map/ PAGES Worked on them using 4 pages from textbook.	ART: Worked on fruit cutting and pasting. No homework.	MATH: Took up homework. Continued working on 2 step equations. HW: Type II page 2 # 1-48 (ignore negatives).	SCIENCE: Reviewed method for completing Mind Map on Factors which cause Erosion and discussed criteria for evaluation. Had period to work on Mind Map either alone or in partners. Due to present next double class (Wednesday)
PERIOD 4	GYM: Played European Handball on scooter boards. No homework.	SCIENCE: Due on Friday.	ART: Continued. No homework.	GEOGRAPHY: Mind maps were checked for completion. Re-read Tropical Rain Forest case study and answered question #3 on page 121. HW: Complete question for next class.	SCIENCE: Continued.
PERIOD 5	SCIENCE: Had 5 minutes of study time to review notes. Took quiz. Handed in Venn Diagram.	MATH: Took up homework. Did page #1 - 47 odd only.	MATH: Took up homework.
