Eh� the design for this is still pretty rough. I have a few sketches done, though. Basically, it's the story of three fourteen-year-old girls who, after an encounter with a miniature green Chinese-type dragon, can transform to become the Top Hat Angels. They must fight to save Sweets Mountain from the soon-to-be-named baddie(s)!

          One of the odder things about this fic is that I'm using my own classmates and class situations as references. Most of the characters are based on (well, not exactly "based") actual people. (Yes, even our cute little dragon, Fang Peaches. ^^) The Angels are supposed to be two of my friends and myself, but, of course, their personalities are different. ^^; It'd be weird if the characters were exactly like us, y'know?

          since this is supposed to be sugary sweet, I chose these pink colors. ^^ I'll try to make pretty art or find a suitable background. ^_~
