VENUE
At the
stunning
St
Clement's Retreat & Conference Centre
located in Galong N.S.W
We have been
advised that the Monastery will be opening their pool for our use.
So be sure to
bring your swimmers, towels etc!
Please Note
People
wanting to stay Friday night or earlier, will be required to pay an
extra charge - please contact Lesley for more information.
For people that are staying on the Friday night there will be a Meet
and Greet on the lawn outside the castle - wine and nibblies provided.
If
people would like to have wine or soft drink with their meals or to
have a few drinks while on the retreat to BYO as there is no longer
an operating hotel in Galong.
ACCOMMODATION
If you are
staying at the Retreat
Cost: $230
This will include
Accommodation provided within the Retreat House.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner also morning tea, afternoon tea and
supper are provided on Saturday

THOSE THAT DO NOT REQUIRE ACCOMMODATION

Note:
As it our first event it would be appreciated if you could bring your
ironing board, irons and extension cords as this will help us out
tremendously. As we will need at least 3 for each class and there
will be 6 classes.
Also if
you would like to bring your own cup for coffee please free to do so.
We
would also like to announce that every class participant will receive a free
goodie bag!
There will be raffles lucky door prizes etc.
PAYMENT
FOR THE EVENT
Option 1
You may
enrol and pay a deposit of $50 by the 1st of May 2009
(non
refundable or transferrable)
With
the balance to be paid by the 1st of September 2009
Option 2
Enrol
and pay the full fee by the 1st of May 2009 and receive a $10 discount
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
The
organisers reserve the right to limit class sizes and cancel the
workshop if minimum enrolments are not reached 3 weeks prior to the
event.
If this
happens all monies will be refunded or you will have option to
transfer to a different workshop if not full
Any
Cancellations due to inability to attend - 3 weeks prior to the event
all monies paid will non refundable
These
terms are necessary as we must make firm commitments to the tutors
and hiring of the facilities and catering
Copyrights laws
Prohibit sharing and photocopying of patterns.
Some
classes will require each participant to have their own pattern or book.
MOBILE PHONES
Mobile
phones should be turned off or set to vibrate as a courtesy to the
tutors and other class participants.
CHILDREN
No person under the age of 16 years of age will be able to attend
classes
Children of class participants will not be allowed in class
