| In the year 2000 she left the states and began her travels between the USA and England teaching workshops on the traditions of the Native American Indian and the ideologies of Belandu - her objective of teaching Belandu was to shed light on the cultural and spiritual philosphy of the Native American Indian before colonization. Worshops focus on historical reference and cultural perspectives - they have been considered groundbreaking, innovative, inspiring and enlightening. There are also lectures and performance of story- telling with song. | Born in Des Plaines Illinois, Ms Alcozer did her undergraduate studies at the Univeristy of Illinois at Chicago, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Latin American Studies. She continued her studies at Gorvernors State University, University Park Illinois, in Business Communications and Spanish. |

| Ms Alcozer began her career teaching workshops in "creative learning" with the Chicago Public Schools where she worked as a co-ordinator for the Early Childhood Development Program. Her workshops entailed how to visually stimulate children towards academics. Ms. Alcozer has 15 years of workshop teaching experience. Later, she became the Deputy Director of the Homeless Education Programme Chicago Public Schools where she oversaw 90 HEP staff and advised 620 school directors and their staff on the policy and guidelines of the rights of the homeless. |
