To request something from the bank, please send an ingame email to HmBank. Requests will be honored in the following order; by guild rank and then by first received. Requests processed on the Friday and Tuesday of each week. Your guild rank allows you to request more items from the bank. Privates must have an officers permission for a request, Sergeants may request 1 item a week, First Sergeants may request 2, Officers 3 or more pending approval by the other officers. To gain rank donate to the bank!
