| Services Provided & The Program |
Each resident will complete an intake process consisting of the following within the first 48 hours at the facility. Privileges are limited during this period, wherein residents are requested to stay on-site. Admission Paperwork - Counselor, Addiction Severity Index - Counselor, Treatment Plan - Counselor, Orientation - House Leader The program requires a minimum of ten hours per month of community service. For residents with less than one year of sobriety, daily support group attendance, either AA or NA, is required for the first 90 days and three times per week therafter. Residents are expected to obtain a sponsor. Residents of the facility will be assigned a house support sponsor during orientation. This relationship will continue until either one of the parties discharges. Employment or volunteer positions of no less than 32 hours per week are required. |
