How to make a reservation |
| 1. Fill in the application form for your stay at http://www.cozyhouse.net these rates and facilities are for the Tokyo(I) guest house but we also have a Tokyo(K) guest house, more details can be found at the above website. |
| 2. Check to see if your reservation has been accepted, we will need to know the local arrival date and time. |

3. Send us your final confirmation email and send an envelope with $100 traveller's cheque to the address : zip code 272-0032, #605 , 3-12- 9, Osu, Ichikawa, Japan. Or pay 10000 yen to the bank for your reservation deposit. Note that sending the reservation deposit fee will be charged on your account. If you change you mind before 3 days of your arrival you will not be charged anything. If you change your mind within 3 days of your arrival date you will be charged 50% of your deposit.
