Chapter Seventy Five

The masses are hungry,
because the authority consumes too much taxes hence they are hungry.
The masses are difficult to control,
because the authority interferes too much hence they are difficult to control.
The masses are not afraid of death,
because the authority lengthens his own life hence they are fearless of death.

If authority does not value his own life and acts accordingly,
it is a Virtue that puts the precious life of the masses into correct priority.
