| Chapter Seventy One To know what does not know, great, Think one knows what one does not know, disease. The person who keeps thinking he is sick from a lack of knowledge, will never be diseased. The Enlightened one never suffers from disease, because he knows he is sick all the time, therefore he will never be diseased. (Heng: The Enlightened always knows he lacks the necessary knowledge and so keeps learning them throughout his lifetime. Hence there is nothing he does not know. In other words, he is omniscient.) |
