| Chapter Sixty Five In ancient times the Ruler who knows how to use Dao, do not enlighten the masses but keep them ignorant. The people are difficult to manage, because they are intelligent and knowledgeable. If ruler also manages with the same things, the country will be full of robbers and thieves. If ruler does not manage with such, it will be a true blessing to the country. To know the irony of two approaches, we call it the Foundation of Politics. To know this foundation, is to spread Cosmological Karma. Such Karma is deep and far, greatly differs from normal politics. If such Karma can be achieved, all would be smooth-sailing for eventual fulfillment. |
