| You may want to take note the following before viewing: 1) The Third Edition contains tips on selecting French wines, some information on selecting wines in our supermarket, and of course my wine recommendations. 2) Hey I'm no expert. Most of the knowledge comes from my vast reading of books and slightly more than two years of wine-tasting experience. Anyone can be an expert if given time. 3) I have written the Red Wine Appreciation Guide to suit the common beginner like myself two years ago who find it hard to understand the difficult technicalities in books. This guide is more suitable for our Singapore context. 4) There is no hard and fast rule in wine appreciation. Remember the most important thing is to enjoy yourselves. Hence I have written with this in mind. |
