Metroid

Introduction
Oh, who can forget Metroid! This is the game for the very serious gamers who seek extreme complexities in games to satisfy their thirst for total exploration and adventure! Metroid is the ONLY game in the 80s that provides such intense gaming! Loaded with an almost infinite number of secret weapons and pathways, it can hook any serious gamers for weeks, months, or even years (!) just to play the game till to its bony remains!

Story
The story starts when Samus, the space hunter, is being sent to penetrate the deep defenses of Planet Zebes to retrieve the mysterious and dangerous life form - Metroid - and to destroy the sinister Mother Brain that intends to                          use them as mass destruction weapons to conquer the Galaxy.

Special Features
The game scenario, set in the fortress planet of Zebes, is incredibly massive and has the BIGGEST dungeon I had ever seen in all games. It contains so many secret pathways, weapons and hidden areas that nobody can say for sure whether he has completely explored the whole planet even after whole months of exploration. The entire planet is made up of three gigantic areas namely of Brinstar, Norfair and Tourain. The dungeons are littered with an uncountable number of missles and secret weapons that enable Samus to upgrade his arsenal to a level enough to fight against the most dangerous beasts that inhabit the hostile planet.

Initially, Samus needs to collect Rocket Missiles that enables him to kill enemies more effectively and to open special doors that could only be opened with missiles. Later Samus needs to collect Energy Tanks that can effectively boost his life energy massively to ensure his survival in the most sinister of dungeons. But as Samus goes deeper into the incredible depths, a couple of Energy Tanks together with a hundred missiles are not enough to ensure his survival anymore. His new enemies are incredibly powerful and can shred him to bits in seconds. Samus needs to explore further to unlock secret areas containing deadlier advanced weapons such as the Wave Beam and the Screw Attack to counter the enemies. He also needs better armour such as the Varia to protect himself from fatal damages. Eventually he will travel to Tourain where the Mother Brain resides and to learn the deadly secrets of the ultimate weapon... the 'thing' known as Metroid...
