- After ordering on our site Exquisite Replica.com will send you an email receipt to confirm that your order have been processed.
Refund Policy
Exquisite Replica refunds customers –15% restocking fees if the product is not working properly. To obtain a refund customer need to contact customers support and explain his case. Exquisite Replica will reship the same items for free. To obtain a re-ship or a refund customers MUST send back the item to our return adresse. The refund is issued at the moment that Exquisite Replica receive back the item. Please note that Exquisite Replica don’t use any drop shipping service and ship themselves their products.
