3.                  Ensuring that the procedure and code of good practice for recruitment and selection for every Manager, supervisor and Employees follow appointment or promotion involved in recruitment and selection.

4.                  Ensuring that all staff involved in the recruitment and selection process is given adequate training on Prêt a manger policy and procedures and their responsibilities.

5.                  Monitoring/reviewing its policy and procedures to ensure that unlawful and unfair practices are not introduced 

6.                  Where appropriate, as determined by monitoring procedure, taking positive action to make this policy fully effective including steps to encourage applications from under represented groups, i.e. women, black and ethnic minority groups and people with disabilities.
