3rd Year Students ( These students have finally earned the privilage of going down to the Village of Hogsmeade, if they have their parents or Guardians' permission. Permission slips are sent with the school supplies list. Congrats to all 3rd years who's parents give permission! )

		Third years are allowed to go down to the Village of Hogsmeade- only with permission from their parents or guardians. If they do not have permission and are caught down there they will be punished. If they get in trouble in Hogsmeade, the School reserves the right to revoke the privilage of going to Hogsmeade. Remeber, going to the Village is a privilage, not a right.
