Rules for The AKP Shareholders
This is a page specifically designated for those currently entrusted with share within A Kitsune's Paradise. You have applied, you have been interviewed (in a way) and you have been accepted. I'm sure you've read the Rules page, but this one is specifically designated to shareholders. This page has been made in order to keep everyone on the same page (drumroll) as to what the Rah expects her Staff to do. Let us begin, shall we?
(One more thing, I'm not going to be so formal as I am with the Patron Rules. Most of the Staff knows me well enough to not need me to be, well, a bitch. Let us commence.)
1. Be
nice to those that come into the dream and to each other.
Tensions happen, there will always be those we don't really like,
but we must learn to get over our differences and work
harmoniously with each other. If our staff can't get along, how
the hell is the dream supposed to run smoothly?
2. Emitlouds and emits are to be kept for the sole use of
GAURDIANS and CO-RAH'S only. If a regular staff must emit
something to the map or the immediate area, please let it be of great
importance. RP is essential to the upkeep of the dream and
random, unimportant emits need to be kept to an
"extinct" level. No one should be greeting someone via
emitloud, that's what whispers are for. You are all competant
people, I know this.
3. Ejections are only to occur only after a minimum of three, NICE AND POLITE warnings. Even with those who are, to say the
least, complete dolts that deserve to be hit by a bus that's
filled to the brim with fat men who are all over thirty. o.o We
still need to be nice to them. That means, no cursing, no name
calling, and no ejections before three warnings. If you really
need to bitch at them, please do so while 'off-duty', also known
as, on another character. There will be NO
EJECTION WARS between staff. Both sides will get banned via bot and DS for a
minimum of a week.
4. Pertaining to Staff meetings, please remian silent while the
Co-Rah or Rah is speaking about issues that have arisen. If you
have any questions, write them down and ask later. It's hard to
make text predominant while submerged in chaos and others may
miss severly important points. So, when meetings are called, be
sure that all who are online attend within 10 minutes of the
announcement, find a place in the designated room to seat
yourself, and wait for the meeting to officially begin. You may
converse amongst yourselves before the meeting is begun, however
silence must ensue while a point is brought up and explained by
the holder.
5. Any meeting that is not called by the Rah needs to be
brought to her attention before ANY emitloud and IM contact
happens. This means she is to be informed of it,
preferably 24 hours before it's designated to happen. Meetings are only allowed
to be called by Co-Rah's if the Rah is incapable of calling one. If the Rah is not present, for any reason, at
the time of the meeting, send a log-file, it's that simple.
Post it on the Yahoo groups, e-mail it to her personally,
anything, Kari Kianna would just like to see what happenend. It's
kind of asinine when a dream's Rah knows not the happenings
within the dream she's resideing over.
6. 'Secret' meetings on the conditions of certain things aren't
acceptible. If you've got a problem, with anything, the Rah won't
bite your head if you bring it up. She's open minded, remember
that. Discussion among yourselves is fine, but don't let a
problem inflate until it's too late to bring the Rah in to
reverse the problem.
7. As to the Yahoo group, please keep all posts on the Boards
important. Goofing off can happen, but isn't really preferred.
That group is to keep everyone up to speed, assuming everyone
reads it, you know, a lot.
These rules are subject to severe mutilation and change so please, check back as often as you'd like.
Note Worthy
All staff, Dream Gaurdians, and Co-Rah's should send a portrait of their character, personally edited or otherwise to me so I can compile a 'current staffies' Page for Patrons and stuff so they know who to contact. I'll use that little Furcadia 'Who's Online' underneath the pic as well. It can be an avatar screenie, though an actual portrait is preferred. Send this PRIVATELY to Kari Kianna as soon as possible.
