Sundays
Free Furman dance night... lesson at 7:00pm and dancing at 8:00pm.
We will be in Ramsay Parlor in Lakeside (right below the Judson RA office). Come prepared to learn how to lead/follow better, keep the right frame, and impress your partner with dips, jumps and other dances that you can transition into from East Coast swing including Charleston, Lindy Hop, and Hip Hop. Here's your chance to practice your sweet moves in a pressure-free environment! And if you ever have questions or suggestions for lessons we can do, let us know!
Mondays
New Clemson dance night... lesson at 8:30pm and dancing at 9:00pm. Only 5 dollars.
Go to 356 in downtown Clemson for the Monday dances every week this semester! Dances are open to all ages. People rotate during the lesson so feel free to come solo or with a couple of friends. The music tempos rotate every 2-3 songs between classic Beach and up-tempo Swing tunes.
Tuesdays
Handlebar on Tuesdays Lessons from 7-8pm and Dancing from 8-11pm. Only 5 dollars.
A great way to learn new moves, practice moves you've learned, and get to know people from Furman and the community. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to experience a wide variety of skill levels and to make you more comfortable in a social dance situation! Let an officer know if you need a ride or use the forum to get a carpool together!

Directions to the Handlebar - Coming from Furman:
- go out the front gate of Furman and turn towards Greenville
- travel down Poinsett, past Pleasantburg (Cherrydale shopping center)
- turn left at a light turning onto Stone Ave
- travel down Stone for a few miles, and the Handlebar is on the right
- turn into the parking lot on the far side of the building
Wednesdays
Clemson Beginner lesson from 7:30-8pm, Social Dance 8-11:30pm. Only 3 dollars.
Clemson's swing dance club holds Swing/Shag social dances. Located at the Palmetto Ballroom in Student Union Building, Main floor to left of the Canteen (think Chick-fil-a) Map - Clemson Campus Map Clemson is a bit of a drive, but several officers can take a few people in their cars. Post to the forum if you need a ride
