Chapter 5
It was 11:00 and I sat in Christian's arms watching The Patriot on a big screen television.
"Ya know what?" He asked thirty minutes into the movie.
     "Huh?"  I asked.
"I can't believe you don't remember."  He said.  Christian looked at me while he walked over to the sterio and popped in a CD.  Within seconds, the familiar intro melody began.  He pranced over towards me holding out his hand.  I took it and we began dancing.

I've got sunshine, on a cloudy day
When it's cold outside, I've got the month of May
I guess you'd say, what can make me feel this way, my girl...
We danced him holding me close to him singing to me in my ear.
"Now do you remember?"  He asked.  I nodded.  How could I have forgotten, 2 months since our first date, where Christian first danced with me to this song.  As the song ended I caught a glance at a clock.
"I need to go home, it's pretty late."  I said still embracing him.  He hunched over and gave me a long kiss goodnight and walked me down to a taxi.

An annoying sound rang out as I rolled over and grabbed the phone.
     "Hullo?"  I said yawning.
"Hey, your dad just called and said that me, Ste, and Mark are getting to go visit home for  a while.  We leave tomorrow morning, so I was thinking...you wanna come with us maybe?"  He asked timidly.
"Woah!  A trip to England!"  I yelled suddenly feeling awake, "Wow, yes I would love to go!"
"Great, I already got you a ticket, so start packing and I will see you later.  Bye."  Christian said excitedly as I hung up the phone.

After the long 18 hours flight we finally arrived in England.  We got their right around nightfall and I went to meet Christian's parents at their house and the Christian took me on a walk.
"It's so beautiful here!"  I said taking everything in.  We crossed a few bridges on our walk and dozens of other couples on romantic walks.
"This is the most romantic place to take a mate.  On a walk here."  Christian explained, "tomorrow I have to go visit my grandmother at her rest home so I figured you could go shopping while I'm gone?  Is that alright?"
"Yeah, sounds great!  I can't wait to buy some European clothes!"  I exclaimed excitedly.

The next morning when I woke up it was already extremely light outside.  As I made my way through the house I found a note from Christian's mom:  "Hey sweetie, make yourself at home.  We will be back in a little while.  Go shopping and have some fun!"  That day I went to what seemed like a million stores.  I bought two coats, five shirts, four skirts, and eight pairs of shoes before I was too tired to go on.  On the long walk home all I could think of was Christian and how lucky I was to be with him.  He was so sweet.  I walked up the stoop of Christian's house, opened the door, dropped my shopping bags on the ground and my mouth fell open.
