MISSION:
We are a multidisciplinary team of professionals in different areas of the knowledge (pharmacy, botany, agronomy, medicine, systems, laws, administration...) that intend like object of their work the generation of sustainable development for the communities of the country and especially of the Colombian Pacific, by means of the basic and applied investigation of our biodiversity, with emphasis in the medicinal plants and their by-products, structuring and promoting the productive chains and the creation of companies that allow the development of the sector.
VISION:
The Colombian Foundation for the Natural Pharmacy, in association with the communities of the country and especially of the Colombian Pacific, it will establish the state of the knowledge and it will carry out the planning, the consolidation of the infrastructure and the development of the productive chains of the medicinal plants and their by-products, fomenting the clean agriculture and the industrial manufacturing of natural products in the short term (2 years), of extracts standardized in the medium term (5 years) and of active principles for medications in the long term (10 - 12 years), in such a way that the international standards are completed to guarantee the export of the products, recognizing the rights of intellectual property of agreement with the effective legislation and in harmony with the expectations of the communities. |
