He was raised, along with Joe on country music, playing guitar and mandolin with his Father. Rick is a solid player with a great taste of knowing what to play and what not to play and is also a excellent slide player. His vocal style is reminiscent of Travis Tritt.
Influenced on traditional country, blues and southern rock. People like Hank Williams and Hank Jr., Stevie Ray Vaughan, Ted Nugent & Lynyrd Skynyrd. That's a wide variety of style.
Depending on what we are playing, he could be seen playing Gibson or Fender guitars thru Peavy amplification.
