My mercenary can't live three minutes. Equipment is slow to come by, and Act V Hell with 80% cold immunities is a real drag. Not to mention those friggen Harpies that have no life but curse me for having my own!! How am I supposed to cast with this "I love you" swirly on my head?

Ah I see, it's all about distance. I learnt that nasty lesson with Haephesto. Just click-lock on him, and when he teleports away from you, firewall his bad self. If he casts Festering Appendages near you, switch to a single Frozen Orb, but do NOT let go of your lock on Baal. Just switch back to Firewall. And yes, you're a winner.
