All Vehicles entering a 2002 FRI Race Series must be equipped with the following:

All these vehicles must be bought either new or from the used lot. Cars entering the 2002 FRI must only be equipped with the parts that are lighted. Any parts that are tinted are prohibited to use in the 2002 FRI Race Series.

Legal Vehicles Entering the 2002 FRI All Japan 4WD Championships
All vehicles entering the FRI Spot Race are limited to at or below 315 horsepower per ton. All cars must have performed full weight reduction and Racing Modification. Weight and hp numbers are to be recorded from the garage view.

.1575 multiplied by the weight after full weight reduction and Racing Modification will give you your horsepower limit of your vehicle choice. Horse power must be at or below your hp limit.

You're allowed to tune the suspension, brake balance controller, downforce, and transmission to your own needs and likes.
