Entry/Registry
All who enters a 2002 FRI race series must have Gran Turismo 2.  You must be far enough into the game and have all the stages when you're on the Arcade disc.  If you don't have all the stages, you must obtain the
S license to receive the stages.  All who enters a 2002 FRI race series must e-mail their selected vehicle and info in this fashion:

Name (real):
Team Name (optional):
Vehicle (brand, model, trim level):

Racing
All drivers must avoid the grass, dirt, and walls.  Any driver running the grass, dirt, and walls will be disqualified from the race.  Racing on the road and getting a fast time shows how well the driver can drive.  Running the grass, dirt and walls doesn't show how good you are at racing.  Everyone must avoid these at all cost.  It is for your own benefit.  You may sometimes hit the wall or go off-road a bit but try not to do it purposely.

One who enters any FRI race series must be honest.  One who wins a FRI race series by cheating shows that one is not as good as one expects.  One who cheats will be suspended for the season and may not enter any FRI race series during that season.  One may come back next season but if one is caught cheating again, one will not be allowed to enter any FRI race series for life.

Qualifying
When racing in the spot race, one is able to run unlimited laps.  This is the time when you should start tuning your suspension for the track.  All who qualify must submit times in this fashion,

S1 xx:x.xx.xxx
S2 xx:x.xx.xxx
S3 xx:x.xx.xxx
S3 xx:x.xx.xxx
Lap Time w/ speed (mph):

Modifications
Vehicles entering the FRI must be equipped with the requirements.  If choices are given, you may choose the desired parts.  Below are the FRI Racing Series.  Each Series has it's own specifics on modifications.  Please look over them

FRI GTC Regulations

Cheating
When cheating, you're either taking a shortcut through the grass, dirt, or you're running the wall.  By cheating, you'll get a better lap/total time.  The FRI does not tolerate cheating.  It is prohibited in all FRI race series.  You must drive at your full potential.

If you won by cheating, it shows that you're neither as fast nor good as the other drivers.  To know if you're as close to or better than the other racers, you must not cheat.  Cheating will make you come out on top of the list but you're not as much of a winner as the person who wins the race without cheating.

The FRI does not tolerate cheating.  It is prohibited in all FRI Race Series.
