Landscaping finished..and waiting on the new plants to mature. House painted and shutters put around front windows and changed out old shutters on brick exterior. These shutters are PLASTIC..much better for the humid climate we have here in Louisiana.

List of things left to do: The Flooring for the porch
The Gutters
Concrete pad to be poured beside the carport
Awning over concrete pad..the Landcruisers home out of the sun.
These things will keep us busy most of the remainder of this year. Next project:
Laundry room redo which I have already purchased some border to be used in it.
