Tiger Hook Swords
Xiang Liao is a complex  character who lived, died, and lived again, often taking himself to a risky brink that most dreamed of... it's ironic now that he's paying for the foolishness of his first life with the curse of having forgot the most important parts of his life, his marrige to Rowan, she was the other half to his traits the balance, if you will, so now in his second chance to make things right, xiang having most... but not all of his memeory has taken up residence in a local kingdom with the intent to firstly find out what he has been forced to forget.. and secondly assure he never makes the same mistakes twice.   -Digital Memories, Volume five
New Stuffs
Vindication gauntlets
These finely crafted gauntlets are made of the finest citadel steel, giving them an surprising resistance to damage and magic (15% versus magic). To say that they are just well made  belies the full truth of these fine gauntlets as each one utilizes reinforced pining, non-conductive components and, top quality leather works as well as fine quality quilted padding to ensure they are comfortable and safe to the user. Visual and comfort details aside the gauntlets also possess another hidden attribute  along the back of the hand and over each knuckle resides a low emissions power stone under a layer or two of armor. Each set of stones on either hand is charged with a spell that is a one shot use only until the stones are replaced. The spell that is fired is the Soul Swarm spell which is named such because of the apparitions that seem to seek the target and pile in on the first point of impact any one of them hits on the given target. Magically Soul Swarm is a Grey Principle duplicate of the tried and true Magic Missile spell with potential for a hard lock-on against the target, of course this requires an additional post for attaining the lock or otherwise the soul swam becomes dumb-fire and travels in a straight line until it impacts something and explodes sort of like a modern-day grenade except minus the timed explosion. Basic Description
While the colors vary, Xiang's mode of dress is always intentionally non-descript, and often lacking in armor, however he does wear what could only be called an armor vest under his shirt at times. The biggest feature you would notices is that he goes to great effort on average to NOT wear any identifying symbols regalia or for that matter national colors.  Typically Xiang simply wears a basic outfit firstly consisting of a simple white button-front shirt which  more often then not Xiang has the sleeves rolled up on exposing his elbow length gauntlets. Secondly are Xiang's even more simplistic canvas cloth pants which are dyed a dark blue,  the said pants trail all the way down until they are cuffed into Xiangs boots. The aforementioned boots are sort of a mix between the standard of rangers and travelers and those worn with full armor by knights, these boots featuring metal ankle, heel and joint guards for the sake of protecting the vital joints in the foot and heel.  Occasionally Xiang is seen sporting a long coat when it gets colder the said coat being a definite dark slate gray in color, and being long enough to go down to his knee, quite visibly on the outside the coat has four pockets while the inside has six others. It is also of note that xinag tends to wear a basic chest plate under his shirt for additional protection.

Items
Morphic Familiar
The morphic familiar when not taking a weapons form appears to be a flaoting ball of mercury. When in it's non-weapons form it has the ability to asisst spell casting and act as a stop gap to prevent xiang from loosing more then 50% of his preparations during spell casting.
- Tiger-Hook Sword - Default form -1 prep to all movement effecting spells.
- Knight Blade -
Alternate, -1 to all lighting type spells.
- Halberd -
2 preps to change to this, Heat type spells cannot be disrupted.
- Corsesca -
3 preps to change to this, Earth type spells get -1 prep,

Rama-Stone Throwing Razors (6)
Another Gin Blossom inspired weapon, these little guys are the remnants from the wakisashi project and are thin throwing weapons each one is pressure grinded to have as sharp an edge and anti-breakage factor as possible, they are perfect for throwing in clusters and can puncture most coming armors up to the medium standard thickness, though plate mail is harder to break through in general. The throwing razors are hidden in four separate locations, two of which being leg holsters hidden near the belt line, each of these containing two razors a piece. The other two razors are hidden in two holsters within the sleeves of his coat or as the case may be shirt.

Character Notes

"Part-Demon?!"
Xiang was given a blood-infustion by his brother Minobu after nearly being cut in half by Nyar in combat. The Infusion of Demon-Ichor from his now blood brother minobu. The side effect of this was a gradual corruption of his person by demonic influence. The side effect of course has turned Xiang into a special type of demon due to the fact he's kept his mind and not become of the Evil Alignment in the process. As a side result the typical demon abilities are now at Xiang's disposal at a cost, Demon magic still costs him twice as many preps, and, sometimes he might loose control of the darkness within and fly into a murderous rage if pushed to far, this is a extremely rare event however.
- Immunity to fire
- Immunity to heat
- Immunity to earth
- Regenerates (1/4th of all damage per turn, cannot attack or prep while regenerating.)

"The Dead-Eye"
The dead-eye, is essentially a common trait amongst Mages who master the grey principle, it signifies the sacrifice of an type of vision for another.  In an RP setting mages who have this attribute loose the ability to see the living with that eye, however they gain the ability to see the dead and deposed reguardless of the situation this also allows one to see the ebb and flow of magic as a whole. The down side is persons with this ability are essentially half-blind, and as such are at their own devices to develop a effective counter for the loss of an eye. As a side result even those who do develop a means of negating the effects of the loss, still have a blind side to contend with.

Abilities
Spirit Fade - Within two posts Xiang has no phsyical form, this is due to a spirit mage technique called aether diffusion,  while it does make conventional attacks pointless since  they pass harmlessley though it also means that  he can not inflict physical damage either even if he can lift objects and hurl them, since they too become faded. Of course xiang cant move at full speed in this state due to a risk of becoming to heavily diffused to reform in a regualr fashion.

Phantasmal Minute - often activated in a cluster of posts with the spirit face this effect makes xiang's chostly body invisible except his eyes. Of course he'd have to close them to vanish fully since he can see through them thats not a problem if only he'd remember that detail, and the fact that he cant blink his eyes to prevent being blinded by lights. This effect also covers for leaving footsteps and other typical trail effects.

Character Updates

This small area was added to contain recent additons to the character or his arsenal since recent RP events have  made it a bit necesary to indicate whats new over the wealth of old information.

The Troyanov Lock

Simply put the 'lock is in all design and purpose a wheel lock which historically was the precursor to any modern firearm of today, however these german-made weapons were historically hard to repair, but reliable enough that soldiers could go on long marches with them armed and not fear for it's accidental discharge unlike the snap haunce of the day.  The Troyanov lock however in contrast is the result of about three years of IC R&D work by Xiang himself, the project was a secret back burner until he not to long ago spoke with gin blossom about her work with cannons for her ships and they traded some ideas leading to the construction to the prototype that xiang on rare occasion brings into the feild .

Unusual Items

The strange things that xiang collects along the way are often worthy of note.

Ramadian Pocket Watch
This odd item was given to xiang by Rama herself at one point, and it serves as the most reliable mechanism he's had to date, it's a basic gear driven pocket watch that has survived drops extreme heat and extreme cold, it's pretty impervious to damage so long as it's spring is wound and such. On it's face, the date time year and such are displayed along with moon and sun phases.

FeatherCat Gunblade
Given to Xiang by None other then Gin Blossom, this item is an amazingly ornate side arm, it's about the size of a average pistol with an extremely beutiful blade extending below the barrel for another four inches, the blade itself actually when extended  forms a sort of targeting sight, while retracted it's a  trigger guard, on one side the item bears the inscription "To a long time freind, Xaing Liao" along  with Gin blossom's own family crest and the artisan's name.
